What is a Franchise Partner?add
A Franchise Partner is a regional operator who manages multiple PowerBank stations in a specific area. You get access to a master dashboard where you can control all your locations, add sub-vendors, and earn from every rental.
Do I need technical knowledge?add
No. Our dashboard is designed to be simple and user-friendly. If you can use a smartphone, you can manage your stations.
How is this different from a regular vendor?add
A regular vendor may own just one station. As a Franchise Partner, you own the rights to an entire region and can manage unlimited stations under you.
Regional Rights & Territory
What does "Regional Exclusive Rights" mean?add
It means you get exclusive control over a specific geographic area. No other Franchise Partner can operate in your territory. You own that market.
Can I expand to other areas later?add
Yes. You can apply for additional regions. Existing partners get first preference for nearby areas.
What if someone else already has rights to an area I want?add
You will need to choose a different area or wait if that region becomes available in the future.

What is Bulk Ejection and how do I use it?add
Bulk Ejection lets you remotely move power banks between your stations. If Station A is full and customers cannot return while Station B has empty slots, you can eject from Station A and redistribute to Station B. This keeps your system balanced and customers satisfied.
Can I eject all stations at once?add
Yes. With Unlimited Bulk Ejection, you can eject from one, multiple, or all your stations at any time.
What is Sub-Vendor Management?add
This feature allows you to onboard and manage smaller vendors under you. For example, you can tie up with a cafe owner, place a station in their shop, make them your sub-vendor, and track their earnings and performance from your dashboard.

How do I earn money?add
You earn a share from every rental that happens at any station under your network. The more stations you manage, the more you earn.
When do I get paid?add
Payouts are processed monthly. You can track your earnings in real-time on the dashboard.
Are there any hidden costs?add
No. All costs are discussed and agreed upon before you sign the agreement. We believe in complete transparency.

What if a station has a technical problem?add
You can contact our support team directly from the dashboard. We provide remote assistance and, if needed, on-site support.
Who is responsible for damaged or lost power banks?add
Lost or damaged units are handled as per the partner agreement. Our system automatically charges users for lost units.
Do I need to handle customer support?add
Basic customer inquiries can be handled by you or your sub-vendors. For technical or payment issues, our central support team is available 24/7.

What is Charge Ghar?add
Charge Ghar is a power bank rental service. You keep a small charging station at your shop. Customers can rent a power bank on the spot and return it later at any of our locations.
Do I need to invest any money?add
No. The station is completely free from our side. You only need to provide a small space — about 1 square foot — to place the unit. That's it.
Why should I become a vendor?add
You get free advertising in our app, more footfall from nearby users looking for a power bank, and the chance to be the first in your area to offer this modern service.
Do I need to pay for electricity?add
Yes, a small amount. The station uses very little power — just like charging a few phones. Monthly cost is approximately ₹50 to ₹100 maximum, and you need to cover this yourself.
What do I get in return?add
You get a free listing in our app, more customers walking in, a chance to increase your sales, and a shop that looks modern and customer-friendly.
Will people really come just to rent a power bank?add
Yes. When someone's phone is low on battery, they look for the nearest power bank station. If your shop is on the map, they will visit you. Once inside, they may become a paying customer.
Is it hard to manage?add
Not at all. The system is fully automatic. Customers scan, rent, and return on their own. We handle all support and maintenance.
